Use RCOEdit v1.05 to edit any graphics in decypted RCO files. It is rather difficult though as you need photoshop to handle the 32-bit BMP files if you want decent-looking submenu icons. The decrypted topmenu_plugin you will need from 2.5 firmware as it is not encrypted, and then u gota use submenu icon injector to get the 3.xx specific icons in there otherwise the icons like camera will just be disappeared. There is a guide somewhere, on maxcosnole forums i think. There are other ways, but thats the easiest (even though it aint so easy lol). To debrand the gameboot, you need to hex edit the opening_plugin - can't remember what the address for the single-byte u have to change is though.

Sorry, i didnt even ask what firmware you are on. I am on 3.03 OE-C, and that is the newest firmware that can support custom icons (3.1x OE-x cannot have custom icons). There are some flashing tools that support 3.03 OE-C that can debrand i think, but i wouldnt know sorry. If PSP3D homepage doesnt have anything, try the other major psp haxx sites (QJ, maxconsole, etc).
