Well, I'm sorry again if I seem redundant and newbie like ( but I am a Newbie! )

I'm one of the unfortunate ones that upgraded to 3.10 on my PSP.

My question, how long does it usually take for the downgrader for the new firmwares to be released? I understand the team works very hard to get them to us.

Secondly, when I'm able to downgrade, what do I need? I noticed for the 3.03 downgrader, it needed GTA Liberty game, is it the same for all of the downgraders?
