| Sounds like a broken USB cable. It wouldn't turn off USB if Windows didn't have the drivers; it only ever halts the connection because of user abortion or the link being broken.
Try a new USB cable, a different USB port (or even PC), or you'll need to get the PSP's USB slot fixed. |
