i have vista ultimate and pspvideo9 worked great for me too...but if you have DA's custom firmware 3.03 OE-B or later, use this one for full res avc format videos: File Details-Custom-.ini-for-3GP-Converter-v0.34-PSP-Tools-Utilities-(on-PC)
