| have you got no-umd mode , isofs, plain prx etc active, try enable\ disabling and maybe resort to 3.03oe-c. p.s. any mods installed.
as for flash0 access id recommend buying a $2 cable and using recovery mode flash0 to usbdrive if you dont want to, "psp filer" in hacker mode will transfer files to flash0 from ms0 but take care with anything that accesses flash0.
