ok first watch your language. there may be kids on this site. Connect your psp to your computer then overwrite the folder called psp on your psp with the folder called psp from the zip file. The folders will be in the correct place. Then start the game and it should load the cheat device automaticly. Oh and read the readme file in the zip. That should help.
