So, does the 3.10 OE-A Update basically contain all of the main things that Sony put into their 3.10 update, as well as the homebrew capabilities of 1.5? Without Sony's nagging "so-called security features". And it has some sort of "recovery mode" to enable cheat devies and prevent brickings. And does this thing give you new folders on you MemStick to put "Cheat Devices"... Is that right? When do you think there could be potential for a 3.11 Downgrader? Do they work well?
