No-one is banned. Sony changed some stuff in the updaters to check for iDstorage key consistency. If someone has run the 3.03 downgrader, the iDstorage is corruped, hence the updater fails to run, giving error 'DRNffffffcd'.

This can be easily fixed by downgrading to 1.50, running a program like this, and running the update.
