| when you upgraded to 3.10oe, when you came back to the psp did you have to manually switch it off or was it already switched off, if it was the first it should have worked, if the second it sound like your sister knocked the psp and the battery was slightly disconnected and the psp lost power, in which theres only two fixes 1. sony to repair it 2. modchip (very difficult and needs to be ta079 or lower)
