Some of yall may remember helpin me from a long time ago... i tried to update straight from the 1.5 to 3.03 oec without even makin the firmware and i bricked lol. i couldnt go in to recovery, and i just had to stick with it. im in china now, and i just bought a psp core pack here a few days ago... they let u test it first b4 buying, so i checked the firmware... and it said 3.03oec... lol so i bought one and i also bought a 4gb memory stic, screen protector, and a usb cable, all fr less than 240 dollars. so then, i wanted to b up to date with things, so i put on some new flash , but i tried to put on a black 32 encore 4 theme, but it bricked.... again... but i used recovery and recovered it!!! bu, now im stuck with a 1.5.... and i want to update to a custom firmware, but im afraid that i might brick it cuz i hav no recovery cuz im on 1.5... this is now th probem.. last time i bricked was cuz i did this the wrong way... i really need some one to help me get back up to 3.03oec... cuz i ve never done it before on my own, cuz the store did it for me... also, i checked my mother board, and it says IC1003. could anyone tell me wot motherboard it is, and also tell me if a custm firmware is better or a 1.5 is... if its custom firmware, then tell me some steps, or pm me... thanx alot
