In Parallels Desktop for OSX hit File>New

- Select Custom then Next
- Select your OS Type and Version
- Select the amount of RAM (Random Access Memory) you want the virtual machine to use. (Remember your other OS is running at the same time too!)
- Chose the option for a hard disk
- Chose your networking options
- Name your virtual machine
- Insert the install disk and hit finish

All done, now you can run any OS on OS X!
