Unfortunately, the only way to get onto an OE firmware is to downgrade to 1.50, as the updater itself is a homebrew app, and no homebrew works on 3.30. As for FF7, I'm guessing you mean ripping it from a disc and playing it on your PSP. Again, this cannot be done, thanks to the limitations of normal firmwares.

And for the last things... What sort do you mean? If you mean homebrew, then unfortunately it cannot be done on 3.30 at the moment. 3.30 requires you to only use $ony-made apps and games, but music, photos and videos can be your own.
