OK, first, buy GTA:LCS UNPATCHED EDITION. It is very rare, so your best bet is
eBay.
Then, upgrade him to 3.03. NOT 3.30!
Then, search the interwebs with
Google to find the 3.03 downgrader.
Download it, and use
Google again to find a 3.03 downgrader tutorial.
Finally, downgrade the thing. Be sure to download a japanese eboot when you need a firmware 1.50 eboot.
There ya' go, the only known method of downgrading a 2.81-3.03.
