Poisonhzkj has updated his excellent XMB plugin for compatibility with 3.10 OE-A and 3.30 OE-A!

Features:
Screenshot : Allows you to take a capture of the screen.
CPU Speed : Allows you to change the speed of the CPU.
System Information : View the battery life/temperature/CPU frequency.
Power Off : Power off the PSP.
Restart : Restart the PSP.
OE Config : Change the custom firmware settings.
Mount USBHost : Load UMD backups via a usb connection.
Settings : Change the plugin's settings.
-Password : Enter a password to protect your system at startup.
-VSH Analog : Activate the support of the joystick in the XMB.
-SCEP Buttons : Change the confirmation and hotkey buttons.
-Save DIR : Change the directory where screenshots are saved.

How to Install:
If you have download a plugin edition, you would get scep.prx and usbmg.prx after you extract the zip file, copy them into ms0:/seplugins/ (ms0 stand for your memory stick),
and add ms0:/seplugins/scep.prx in vsh.txt and ms0:/seplugins/usbmg.prx in game.txt , then , go to Recovery (restart your PSP holding R button), enter Plugins and enable the two plugins. Restart your PSP now, press SELECT after XMB completely loaded, see the SCEP Panel ? you done!
If you get a Firmware edition of it, just copy SCEP_XMB_Flasher into ms0:/PSP/GAME150/ and usbmg.prx in ms0:/seplugins/ , to execute the eboot and enable usbmg.prx in game.txt is all you have to do.
