Well, you really don't need to restore them. You just need to get the Generic Downgrader and downgrade back to 1.50, or get the folder from the 3.30 OE-A update called '330oeflasher' without the %, rename it to RECOVERY, and put it in PSP\GAME. Then add the DATA.DXAR, and run it from Recovery mode.
