I tried calling Microsoft a few days ago to activate my new PC. The dang computer-voice system is retarded and says my copy of XP is invalid. I have to always wait and say nothing when it requests for information (activation code) till the voice says "I'm sorry this is taking so long, let me connect you to a customer support representative".
Then the outsourced representatives override the "invalid" activation crap for me. It's a good thing they don't know I have the same copy of XP installed on over five of our household computers/laptops...
