so is this in liberty city or NY? cos the trailer is NY for sure but if it is LC then that will be why there are no planes its simply not big enough SA was huge in comparison to it

what time is it set in 80, 90 or present day? if it is 80/90 and in ny that might be another reason for not having planes WTC and planes dont mix
