Well installin the custom XMB thing is a bit complex. But all you have to do is download the 3.10 Hacked topmenu.rco thing first. Then download the lastest rco editor thing which is I think 1.14b or something like that. Then load the topmenu.rco into the program and away you go editing the topmenu.rco to your liking. Then flash it to your flash0 when it is ready n' all. As for installing the theme there many way to go bout doing that. Just look around for programs that can install the theme for you.
