I replied to your PM, I included instructions on upgrading to 3.40 OE-A. To play PSX games they have to be converted into EBOOTs using PopStation, or one of the many easy-to-use variants (I recommend AutoPopStation4 by theaceoffire). They can also be compressed by doing that, which brings down the filesize substantially.
