If the readme doesn't help, could you please post more details on the "erecovey(something about eboot)" line? Like what folder does it direct to? (e.g. PSP\GAME\erecovery\EBOOT.PBP)

But before you do that, try putting a 1.50 EBOOT in there, but the one from the folder without the % if there is one.
