I ment i was trying to get a program that would let me edit the opening_plugin.rco file. because i want a custom boot sound. The boot sound i was aiming for was the old SEGA sound. but everything i tried just kept increasing the speed and not making a proper usable file.

i hope that makes more sense

But i did find a program that allowed me to create the proper file that didnt speed it up.
