I use ALLUC. It has movies, TV shows, music videos, anime and loads more. I watch it during college when I'm supposed to be doing language excersizes on random Spanish skill sites (lol). They even have a Firefox plug-in now! I'm not going to give you a link; Google for "Alluc".
