Do you guys know where I can go to get any new brushes and vectors for Photoshop? Also do you guys have any recommendations on what I should get? I want to be able to do something like what Birdman1 did:



I thought this was a cool pic and I wanna do stuff like that. Any help will be appreciated!

EDIT: Ok so I found some brushes in an old tut Birdman1 made. Here is a link.
I am still not to sure on what a vector is, I thought it would change the appearence of a picture, but I think I might be wrong. Any way how would I do something like that to a picture? Like I want to make a real picture and make is all cartoony.
