It's pretty simple... - Copy the 3.71 update under the name "371.PBP" to PSP/GAME/UPDATE with the two files from the archive.
- Turn off your PSP and turn it on again while holding R. Go into Configuration, and change 'Game folder homebrew' to '(currently: 3.52 kernel)'. Go to Back, then Exit.
- Run the 3.71 update with the black icon. If it has a blue icon, you did it wrong.
