Just a simple SQL clogging issue that happens overtime. Kinda like cholesterol clogging the arteries. When it builds up too much, ya get a heart attack. In the same way, the site starts have database issues.

Simple repair/optimization fixed it. May need to refresh certain pages like the "New Posts" page which is cached in browser.
