Well, tough luck there. Seams that the 1.51 is bricked. The memory stick was missing a eboot file, but if you have something that can connect the memory stick to a computer then you can fix it. So just tell me and I'll see if I can help you.

When you tryed to use the power cord to power up the other psp, did you remove the pandora battory 1st? You need to turn it on with no battory in 1st then once its on put the pandora in the psp.
