He should take CNet to court. This is a dumb reason to fire some one. Freedom of speech and freedom of press used to be something we had in this country, but I guess it's gone now.

Gurstmann should be a hero for refusing to sell out and stand up for what he thought of something that he felt wasn't "up to par."
