Just kinda a random thought...

I know that we can't talk about iso's and stuff in the forum, and I know that's not going to change, but why is it that they can't be talked about but hacking the psp can be when hacking the psp is against the legal agreement you accept when you upgrade the psp? Or is it ONLY illegal if you have upgraded the psp and have agreed to the agreement, and we are to assume that we haven't done that?
