No he didn't. If you'd have read correctly, you'd see that he didn't hack Skype. They just made new software called Furikup which uses SIP and not Skype. So basically you won't be seeing Skype on fat PSPs unless Dark_AleX somehow figures out a way around the problems which I wouldn't expect to happen.
