Well, there's good news and bad news. The good news is that your PSP can be recovered.

The bad news is that it isn't easy, and you'll need a Pandora's Battery and Magic Memory Stick, only obtainable through the use of... you guessed it... a PSP with custom firmware. So ask around, see if anyone else has custom firmware. Worst case scenario, you can get a Datel TOOL battery as a Pandora and use the TotalNEWBI installer with a MS adapter to make the Magic Memory Stick.
