different stuff almost like the different options on the psp's XMB the main ones (or the ones i have) are:
  • the main one where you play wii and gamecube games
  • mii channel - make "miis"
  • photo channel
  • wii shop channel
  • Forcast Channel - local/ global weather forcasts
  • News Channel - Global news
  • and all virtual console games are a new channel
