Sony isn't releasing the 4.00 firmware for a good while, thats why they released this firmware. They needed to buy more time. The naming theme obviously makes everyone think that its only going to be a little bit more but I really only think this is stalling for them and trying to satisfy people like you. They are going to make 3.97 and 3.99 by the end of this year, but I don't think 4.00 is coming till at least November. Keep dreaming guys, everyone needs a little hope
