It would, but I'd say there are still two major problems.

1. The source code for some emulators is unavailable. (I'll look into this a little more.)
2. Who could help on PSP3D - who is willing to help? There are coders on this site - Robert A. and Percival to name a few - but with all the stuff they've got to do in their lives, would they want to help?

EDIT: I've looked into this a little more. In red are the emulators which aren't open source - in green are those which are.

DGEN, SNES9xTYL, Daedalus, gpsp (Kai) NesterJ Homer's RIN (GeMP)

So the only real problem is NesterJ, but there's gotta be an open source NES emulator out there... I'll look into it.

EDIT: Can't find one.
