did you check to see if your wep/wpa keys were still saved. whenever i have updated cfw or factory resetted (sp); the keys did not save, nor did the access point info. i had to reset-up all that info. did you scan for an access point when you tried to connect to the internet, because if you did you need to re-enter your wep/wpa key.
