I've done two different sets of pandora's battery and magic memory stick, first for a psp slim, and for a psp phat(newer battery) it does take alot of courage to open up the battery because you could screw it up and it possibly like they said(*BOOM*), or catch fire. It gets easier as you do it though and is very worthit at the end. for the psp phat battery i had to remove a pin, and the slim i had to scratch out a part. i only had to replace the phat batter, but i restored the slim. Good luck if you havent already downgraded.
