I'll admit it's a move aimed to stop game piracy, but it acts as if all CFW is evil. Some (most) CFW isn't mean to rip off the industry, it's meant to do things Sony just wouldn't think of, like modding games for user-made content or patches, or ISOs to help with battery life, load times and ease of access.

Sony may think CFWs are evil - they just don't see it's a double-edged sword to them, or a necessary evil at that.
