I doubt it, Still what could you do? I mean all you would do is send it to savedata, and then it just stays there. Its not like you would be able to upgrade/downgrade with it.It would be easier to just stick whatever you are trying to put on your psp, by plugging in your usb cable and putting it in savedata.
