Well you ask where are the downgraders? I think the idea of downgraders are out, everyone is working on eboot loaders and such. Very Very few people think that there will ever be a downgrader for 2.xx, and IMO there wont ever wont be. The most you will probably see is a small eboot loader like 2.0 but with not as much capability.
