Hey, I am wondering if there is any program that will, read my ripped dvd on the hard drive then encode it into mp4 by chapter not by .vob file. I have PSP Movie Creator, & PSP Media Manager Max and PSP Video 9. However none of them seem to rip it by chapter. Since I have FW 2.5 I was wondering if AVC is a whole lot better than the conventional format.
