do i make the MP_ROOT folder in the removable F or in the PSP folder? if in the the PSP folder should i make folder or should it be in one of the sub-folders: SAVEDATA, GAME, or SYSTEM?

i have tried to directly move the MP4 video form psp video 9. It asks me to make a MP_ROOT folder and a 100MNV01 automatically and then it transfers the files. but when i exit usb mode on my PSP and check for videos, it states 'there are on videos'.
