i use the MAX Media Manager (it handles video, music, pictures, and gamesaves) its free, and i love it. and about the bidrate, that depends, if you want the best quality you can get(but takes up more space on the mem card) use 768 (or close to it) but not above that(the psp won't handle anything over 768), for audio, 128 is usually fine, at least for movies
