Old, old, old news. I never take advice from someone running WinME myself.
But for those of us that have been in IT for many years now, simple defragging and sector scanning does it's job.
But seriously, how is this "new" news? It doesn't give you more RAM, just defrags the memorystick and changes hidden/bad files attributes so they can be seen/deleted.
