It is normal, the exploer is still in a early stage an hopful it gets better.
My psp often turn off to but most when it is trieing to start but some time when I play also (most on tetris on the last). I don't know way but the snackman more offen start for me i can mabye be the hb or the psp do it when it fell for it.
