There is a reason why I divided all three different region codes into three different downloads, to help prevent this kind of confusion. I even made it clear to read the readme...

If using US or DE, copy BOTH of the savegame folders to your proper MS location. The EU folder is simply for the images of the game, and must also be placed in the savegame directory.
