ok put the emulator listed on fajitas stie (http://fanjita.org) into X:\psp\games\snes9x folder (must be callled snes9x) then create a rom directory anywhere. then run the eboot loader by fanjita it should have the snes emulator press x to run a wala. navigate to your rom directory and pick the rom to load. if u have ne more questions PM me and i will be glad to help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
