just tell him... Ok, u need a computer first (DUH) and the computer has to support the system bios that supports the memory card from booting (such as from your psp via USB) and then you put ure win95 disk boot from your PC, and install it to that directory (NOW THIS IS INSTALLING FROM YOUR PC!) exp not C:\ or whatever ure main partition(harddrive) is, your USB Drive such as K:\, (for mine instance its F:\) and you need to leave the system file in FAT not format to FAT32, install it and configure it with your computer first and then put that card to psp, run bochs (set the parameters first, such as autoexec.bat) cheers :-D just PM me for more details
