A few notes on Xbox homebrew:

An XBE file is an Xbox Executable file. These can be emulators, apps, etc. They are technically illegal to have, because they're compiled using a leaked Micro$oft XDK Xbox Development Kit, however they're not seen as something harmful to Microsoft due to the fact that they aren't releasing licensed software. Because Xbox-Scene doesn't want to get in trouble, they don't have them for download. To get anything homebrew for Xbox, you have to have some experience with IRC and FTP transfer. Then you need to look for Xbins, or as everyone refers to it over there, the "usual places."
