I fixed the "glitch" which im sure never excisted but anyway i did. It now uses 2.0.Net Final, and has an installer which downloads/installs this if you need it. So we no longer need to worry about that.

I also updated to v1.2 which includes direct download link (which was requested earlier) rather than linking to the webpage.
