You probably corrupted the memory stick somehow. This has happened to me in the past to, for me, I tried nearly everything and I couldnt fix it. I even called Sandisk, and then they said the memory chip must be damaged and I should send it in to get a new one. I did so, and I got a new working one 2 days later in the mail. Good stuff! =)
