i have two solutions:

1) Format the hard drive (back up your files and windows register files)

2) Throw the hard drive on the ground repeadtedly (SPELL CHECK) and pray that that erased nothing but the spyware. You have about a 1 in 3,901,273,409,742,124,907 chance of that working, but hey, its possible.
